The most attractive thing about our farm is its situation. It’s set in one of the most thinly populated areas in Poland, not industrialised and close to the border. Our farmhouse as well as the campsite for several tents or caravans lie among meadows, fields and forests

-In the closest neighbourhood and in the Noteć Valley which are on the route of annual migration of millions of birds you can find 240 species , of them 155 build their nests there (about 70% of birds living in Poland) – see pictures and the detailed list of birds (below) .

One can find there a big population of beavers Caster fiber (in some regions there has been need of reducing their population), otters Lutra lutra and sometimes elks Alces alces.

About 20km from the farm runs the so called Pommerstellung (a defensive belt comparable to Maginot Line in France) – European largest hibernation place of bats (about 90km from the farm) – see pictures.

Villages in the area have preserved their pre-war architecture and are called “Dutch” “(Olęderskie)”, in commemoration of Dutch people who settled there.

The whole region is very thinly populated, not industrialised and is little known for tourists

The river Drawa is one of the most attractive canoe routes in Poland. It flows through Drawieński National Park – see pictures.
